Best Intake & Throttle Body Setup for 6.0L

I have a rebuilt 2001 6.0 liter from a 2500 Chevy pick up in my 67 C10. It was cammed, heads redone, has headers and open air intake. Had it tuned and got 365 at rear wheel. It has the stock intake, throttle bofy and fuel rails. I am looking to clean up the engine area but also want the best for my money for performance. What's the best combo out there???
