Cammed l96 muffler selection I have a tsp ls3 stage 1 cammed l96 6.0 with doug thorley 1 7/8 mid length tri y headers. I currently have 2.5" true dual (no x or h pipe) to some knock off flowmaster 40 mufflers. Eventually I'm going to upgrade to a 3" true dual but I need some ideas on mufflers. I'm looking for little rasp but a little louder than these knock of 40s. How does a magnaflow bullet 4" round 14" long (14419) do with respect to rasp? Also any other muffler ideas would be appreciated.
It's in a 1987 Chevy 4x4.

My mufflers are a 14” case also. Have a listen for yourself. Any pics of your truck?

My set up is a FBO LS3, kooks LT, 3” mandrel tubing, H-pipe, dual 3” Borla ATAK mufflers, turn downs right before the rear end. Super rowdy love the tone and at WOT sounds beastly.
My mufflers are a 14” case also. Have a listen for yourself. Any pics of your truck?

Here it is, it used to be alot cleaner paint wise, it was totaled then it was rebuilt, but I daily drive it and went everywhere with it until I began the swap.
Nice looking truck you got! love me a nice square body! I would love to daily mine but around my area I would be to worried about leaving it parked for to long
