FAST 102mm TB Just looking for some experienced input from Fast big mouth 102 users. Do they still have difficulty with hanging up idle tuning issues? Many users in the past complained of this.

While I don't own a Fast 102mm Big Mouth - I would suggest going with a FiTech 102mm throttle body. I can say with confidence that this is the best throttle body you can buy for our cars in terms of reliability/ease of use/price - it has all the provisions necessary to get a good idle, and it's the cheapest.
Again, I'm sure there are alternatives, and people will have their opinions - I'm simply sharing my experience with it. Do not pay big money for a throttle body. Although I know that the Fast 102 Big Mouth is only a few $ more expensive than the FiTech 102.

I have the NW 102 DBW no issues, but on my Formula I had the Fast 92mm Bigmouth and I had to port the IAC passage a little to help with the idle but outside of that it drove great.

I have a FAST sitting in my garage. Just dremel out the IAC passage. It works fine. The bellmouth on the bottom helps with tip-in... no other TB has it unless it's a knock-off of the FAST.

I think it's best to skip the bottom dollar often junk TB's that frequently causes issues altogether. Especially if you're getting someone else to tune the set up. If the tuner has to do two tuning sessions because you had a junk *** TB on the car, it's very possible that's going to reflect in an increase tuning time and effect the price of the tune.
Two of my cars have Nick Williams and very happy. One car had a WARR TB with the stock TB's GM sensors also very happy.
If saving a few dollars is critical, the ~$160 WARR TB 92 or 102 is a very good deal when reusing the GM sensors. WARR TB's are also a good deal with new sensors.
