LS3 head milling
What is the stock combustion chamber volume on an LS3? I keep seeing conflicting information. The head I was looking at was the Chevy LS3 CNC that is advertised at 68cc but I’ve seen sites claiming they are 70cc.

I recommend improving your quench and going with .040" compressed gaskets. NOTE: Stock gaskets are .051" thick.
Best of luck!

Lets assume that milling .007 of an inch equates to 1cc.
.007 x 3.5cc = 0.0245
None milled heads are 1.615 inches thick and if you remove 0.0245 inch you would have 65cc chambers and with a .040 thick gasket you would be at 11.56:1
