Crank flywheel dimensions

I have a flywheel with a bore a little snug to slide on the crank. I will wind up honing the wheel but i am curious which one is wrong. I havent been lucky enough to google the dimensions. Any thoughts on a good LS3 dimension reference?

Crank hub dimensions are the same for most LS engines except the LS9. You find one, you know most of them.

Is this an aftermarket aluminum flywheel or stock steel or aftermarket steel? The aluminum aftermarket ones can require you to heat them up a little so they expand.

Its the .4 adjusted McLeod wheel. I am finding every dimension on the crank except for that flange od and/or flywheel id.

I’d polish the crank flange with emory cloth or maybe 800 grit. Just make it shiny. Do the same to the flywheel ID and then apply heat to the flywheel with a MAP torch. Not a lot of heat, just enough to get it to expand a tad, maybe 150 degrees or so. Light oil on the crank flange and it should slide on like butter. A rubber hammer won’t hurt it if you have to use force. Ultimately you want the flange and flywheel to mate tightly, so don’t remove a lot of material.
