Default Motor mount issue

Hello everyone,
Could use some help here.
I have a 2002 Formula 6 speed with long tube headers. I need to replace the motor mounts. Does anyone know if the mounts can be removed and replaced without removing the headers? Trying to figure out the best way to remove them. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for helping!

I think removing the alternator helps. Unbolting the headers at the head would probably help as well.
