Fast idle in drive

Fast idle in drive I have a 69 Camaro with a 5.3 Vortec LY5 , I have an LS2 intake with a 92mm TB. I have had it tuned and it idles at 650 rpm which is ok with the 550 lift cam but when I put it in drive an tap the gas pedal it takes of on its own up to 2000 rpm like it’s on cruise control, I have smoke tested for vacuum leaks, changed the IAC and the TPS and still the same. The TB is new and clean, any ideas? Maybe a defective TB??
if You put it in neutral, does it return to the lower idle? If so, what he said above is the problem. If it doesn’t return (unless maybe you tap the gas) the throttle blade may be sticking from being closed too much. So like it needs so idle tuning love and adjusting.

Yes when I go back to neutral or park it returns back to normal idle. When idling in park or neutral and you excellerate then let off it slowly ramps down to the idle set point. It sounds like we have a solution for this thru tuning the throttle cracker, I will take it to my tuner this weekend , he is still learning so this information is very valuable. I will follow up with the results of the tune.

theres also idle setting for both park\neutral and in gear, plus a rolling idle

Adjusted the the throttle cracked and throttle follower settings and it took care of the hanging idle issues I had. Thanks for you advice.
