Anyone used these or some like it from Holley? My question is, do the coil packs, inside, at an angle go in different directions on each side of the engine? It seems they might. In other words, the 4 on one side point to the front and on the other side to the rear....I would prefer they all point to the rear so they all angle towards the back....on both sides,

You are right. I should have known that, but for some reason thought the should all point to the rear; that wouldn't makes since. On another note, I found that the newer round LS coil packs (that came with my GM crate motor) don't mount on those valve covers. I called Holley and they confirmed this. I spent the good part of a day fabricating 8 little off set mounts to get the coils to align with the exit holes.
Wannafbody, removing 4 plug boots and the for bolts on the top is far from a pain. How often does one really need to add oil?
