Default Gremlins? Multiple codes after dod

2012 GMC Sierra 5.3 lmg motor. I bought the truck with 120k miles and at 140k it developed a misfire on number 5. Replaced the coil pack and plug then checked and it went to multiple cylinder misfire. Found damage to wiring on number 4 coil pack and injector wiring. Repaired both and still had the misfire. Checked the wiring in the general area and found no other breaks in the wire. Decided it was the dod lifters so tore the motor down and replaced lifters and camshaft. Reassembled and still have the multiple cylinder misfire with an occasional just number 5 cylinder code popping up. Codes p0068, p0102, p0122, p0300 are constant. Replaced throttlebody, map and maf sensors. At this point I'm just scratching my head. I feel like I'm either missing something very simple or there is a fault in the wiring somewhere. Any ideas?

So I might be chasing my own tail on this but I ordered a new intake manifold gasket and new o2 sensors. Hopefully that will atleast clean some of it up.

If you got non-dod lifters and cam, did you get different pushrods also?

If you are keeping the dod active still, also replace the pushrods as they may be bent.

Stock length pushrod because every thread I read was back and forth on it. Non dod cam and non dod lifters. I figured out the misfire tuning and went back over the harness after replacing intake manifold gasket and fresh o2 sensors. Hopefully putting the rest of it back together this week and run it up the road and see exactly what it is doing as the misfire code is still showing up in diagnostic but nothing being reported while idling. So maybe just lingering errors

Ok great, so the mechanical part of the dod delete is all fine then. If you use HP tuners, in the tune file you go under FUEL, then LEAN CRUISE and simply select "disable" to the displacement on demand tab that's set to "enabled" normally. Also clear the codes with the scanner. I've done many dod delete tune changes just with this step and there haven't been any issues.
You may still get codes that pop up however at worst you can uncheck "ses enable" and set the code to "no error reported."

Yeah all that is done on the tune. So either it just lingering codes that will clean out or I have In intermitent ground issue somewhere would be my guess
