Sounds like your 91 Camaro runs really hard and well and kills it at the track. 
New motor? Spraying?

I'd probably try TR-6 between the two plugs first if it's in a driver. Unless tune & idle are dialed in right from what I read br7ef tend to foul easier.
If application is racing and spraying ~ 200+ shot, I'd try the br7ef.

These are the plugs you want. Start out with the -8's on motor then -9's to a 300 shot. Then -10's above that. Do not use iridium plugs for spray.
