LS7 H/C/I - NB - Spark Plugs?!?! Which ones
So I have 3 Choices to pick from I have all 3 on hand just really dont know which ones I should at least try first? In the end ill prob try then all eventually. All will be gapped to .040"
1. TR6 -NGKs - tried an true i know..
2. Denso 5091 - Double Platinum Plugs
3. LKAR7BIX - 93501 - Iridium.
Build Notes:
So a little about the build NA - Motor, 427 ls7 rotating assembly. Heavly Ported GM ls7 heads done by NGP.... Custom gound Pat G cam. .635 lift 230/246. Long tube headers 1-7/8 - Stock Intake thats been Heavily ported as well N/W 102 TB.
Thoughts Suggestions?

I’m going with the tr6 in my 403. Pay spec’d my cam and he’s going to remote tune my car. I have trickflow 235 head which have a very efficient combustion chamber so the tr6s are recommended. I called pat to talk about it and he’s said run those plugs and set the gap to .040. I’d call your tuner too and see what they suggest.

I like to base plugs on compression and usage. What static compression are you shooting for?

I’m running NGK TR7ix in the 434. 12.42:1 comp. LS7 top end. Between the 3, I’d go TR6, and keep an eye on things. Should be ok.
