Default LS crank possibly damaged?

Hi everyone! New member here. I’ve always browsed the forums for great informative how to’s but now I find myself in a bit of a predicament.

I recently began building a gen 4 LS 5.3 and when we were torquing down the crankshaft pulley/balancer I decided toss a rod in the rear alignment hole where the flexplate mounts. To prevent it from rotating. Probably hit close to 200 lbs before the rod broke after installing the flexplate and doing it correctly locking the flexplate i noticed that the alignment hole became disfigured. Do you guys think it could have damaged the roundness of the crank where the bearing is? I have included photos. Any input would be appreciated.
