Unhappy Fuel injector wiring/connector (oil?)

Alright guys, i got a Built 6.0l big cam only running off of 4-6 cylinders cant see the misfires because it has to be turned off with my cam. so im inspecting my inj connectors and noticed fray wires, the insulator cut showing copper. ive seen oil on the insulator on the harness before. so the reason im looking at the inj, coils/wires/plugs all brand new, inj all brand new, new fuel rails and lines so its something electrical. no obvious dtc's btw.
so im curious if this looks like oil or something in the wiring, there is a oil stain/pattern on the insulator itself. because if it is my harness, it is more than likely toast and i have the brand new inj pigtails and dont want to wiring them up if the harness is garbage.

EDIT: just checked spark in all 8 plugs and have spark so it is not a spark issue.

Default

Is the engine tuned? With the new injector data, airflow, etc.
