Default Map reading really high.

i am getting closer on my cayman ls3 swap. i have an issue with the MAP. with engine off i am getting a 180 Kpa reading at sea level.. should be closer to 100. this is preventing me from moving forward and doing the first startup.
could this be a wiring issue? any ideas would be greatly appreciated

this one is brand new.
Would incorrect wiring cause it to read almost 2X high?

Try another new one. Brand new sensors can be bad,
Incorrect wiring would more likely cause non-function.

Is the MAP scaled correctly in the tune(stock PCM) or is the correct MAP selected(aftermarket ECU.
