Got it back from the transmission shop after I had the transmission rebuild with a bunch of problems, almost wanted to fight the dude but I just tried to fix it, 2k later fixing stuff with the same things now when I rev it it gasps for air at first and then it revs, when I go full open throttle it caps out at 6k rpms and goes down almost as if it ran lean checked everything to the fuel lines any ideas on what it could be ?

 

Is the engine stock? Has it been tuned? Need more information here.

ls3 heads shorty headers stage 2 high lift cam pac springs aftermarket intake
with further inspection there seems to be white mist which is unburied fuel coming out the throttle body
its been tuned asked my tuner and he said to check the injectors and sparkplugs when I have a chance

what car, what fuel pump, what size injector, is the fuel pressure right, is the tune halfway decent or some bumblefuck tune etc etc etc

just playing a guessing game without any info

 

More info... Like the tune file and data logs for info.
And, fire the tuner.
