Default Race balancer needed?

Putting together a 6.0 LY6, forged pistons, stage2 cam, estimate 450hp, Camaro/Glide bracket racer, planning to stay around 6k and the end of the 1/8.
Do I need to update the stock balancer? Is the Summit Bracket race balancer a good choice? I know ATI is best but I don't want or think I need to spend $400+.
Also want to run an alternator, have an electric water pump, what's a good bracket to get?
Thanks for the help.

Do I need to update the stock balancer? I would if its a racer! Is the Summit Bracket race balancer a good choice? Better than a stocker! I know ATI is best but I don't want or think I need to spend $400+. ATI is my recommendation and they can be rebuilt.
Also want to run an alternator, have an electric water pump, what's a good bracket to get? Check with ICT Billet, they have choices from top mount to low mount alternator brackets.

Thanks for the help.
Good luck with it...

The ATI balancer is fully rebuildable. I run a stock style mechanical water pump with a Davies Craig EWP 150 on the lower radiator hose and also have a Mechman billet 170 alternator
