I just received a used LS3 fuel rail I purchased on eBay. Externally it looks like it is in great condition, but I was inspecting the injector ports and some appear as if they are blocked internally by metal. The 4 outside ports are mostly clear and the 4 inner ports appear to be blocked. The metal gives when pushed on lightly by a pick and springs back to where it was. It looks odd to me that they wouldn't just be open.
Can someone take a look at the attached pictures to see if it is normal, or if I have been sent something defective?
I am new here, so I apologize if this is a redundant question. I am working on converting a L92 to more of a car LS3 spec to swap into a BMW E46 chassis. I don't have another fuel rail to compare this to.
