Default Short Harmonic Balancer Pulley

Hi all,

As I'm only running an alternator and Sanden 7176 A/C pump (no P/S, electric water pump) on my L92 and plan on using ICT billet low mounts for both, I'm looking to switch out for a shorter harmonic balancer pulley to give me more room in front of the engine.

To that end, can anyone help me out with the difference between ACDelco 12560115 and ACDelco 12675715? Other than about $90 😂.

Alternatively, if I go aftermarket, I’ve heard to stay away from Dorman but is Powerbond okay? e.g https://www.summitracing.com/parts/pbb-pb1117n/

Now I’m even more confused. So there’s 7.52”, 7.53” or 7.65”… but are they all the same length?

I guess if they’re all the same length the 7.65” would be closest diameter to the stock L92 one which I think is 7.71”? Otherwise my accessories are going to be under driven… although maybe that doesn’t even matter?

Actually isn’t 7.52 vs 7.71 like 3% under driven, so that shouldn’t really make any difference right?

3% isn't enough to worry about as long as you can find the correct length belt.

The Powerbond is better than OEM ones. Just don’t over pay like in your link.

Ah nice. Yeh I’d seen it cheaper but didn’t want to get in trouble by posting links to non-forum sponsors 😂
