Head Gasket Help !!!! Ok here is where im at im building a Iron 408 with eagle 4" Crank, eagle 6.125 H beam rod's and JE 4.30 flat top's with -2cc valve reliefs cut in them. i put the #1, and #2 rod's and pistons in and i had .43 of my pistons sticking out of my block and im runing the cosmetic .45 head gaskets and i can only find .53 thickness gaskets. what should i do ?

For starters, I believe you mean .043 and .053. Was your block decked? Erik is building a 408 for me and he decks the block, but with that the pistons are only out .010. Stock is .005-.007. You have big problems IMO if the pistons are in fact out that much.
you can try the sce gaskets. i had to a .065 think because mine came out 0.030 out of the hole.. i think they even have like .075 think gasket. you want at least .030 of clearence between the valves and pistons.. good luck
Yeah, he meant 4.030" bore as well...come on man, get your 0's in the right place... 
Anyway, problem solved...He was sent a 4.100" stroke crank, instead of the 4" stroke he ordered. They are replacing it and all is well now. This should be one hell of a strong motor.
