Canton oil pan problem.. need insight
Canton oil pan problem.. need insight I put a Canton roadrace pan on my LS2 block. The OE pan was structurally bolted to the bellhousing, covering the clutch and flywheel.
The Canton pan has no such provision, and the rear of the pan is not contoured to match the bellhousing.
The lower half of the flywheel and bellhousing is open and exposed. Is this normal? Did my installer leave a piece out or missing?
If no piece is missing or left off-- is there a way to cover the bellhousing here?
