POLL: Which filter on a stick to get...for an LS2?

Well I just found out that my g/f is gonna get me a filter for my b-day.

Isn't she nice!

Now, which should I go with? There's Lingenfelter (sp?), AEM, K&N, Volant, and Gravana. Any others? There all about the same price, so I dunno which is better. BTW, this is for a GTO. And if anyone has one or knows of one used, hit me up!

If you change your oil around every 3k, it really doesn't matter. I run AC Delco. I have ran K&N before though.

K&N Ive got them on both my cars and havent ever had a problem and filters jsut as good as a stock paper filter as far as I can tell

Stock paper filter here...super cheap and it's not costing me any power (well maybe 1RWHP if anything).

i stick with paper filters, myself, and that's what i'm gonna vote for. i suppose if i had to, i'd probably get a K&N. i just think a filter is kind of a waste of money. i'd ask her to buy me a CAI instead of just a filter. if she doesn't want to spend that much money, go halves with her.
