Question no start 408, crank position sensor help

I have installed my LS2 block 408 into my 2002 TA. It wont fire and I am getting a P0335 code which is crank position sensor. Does the stock sensor I swapped from my LS1 not work with the new motor or is there some trick? I know there is something about the 24 or 50 something reluctor ring, does this have an effect? Please help, I want my baby to start.

Default

Nevermind, I fixed it. I found I had no continuity on a crank position sensor wire. Ran a new wire and started up.
