Default L92/L76 #' and info please.

Ive read the sticky & searched and came up with a few things but the answers I found were a little cloudy & uncertain.

Here's what I understand, PLEASE tell me if I'wrong.

The L92 head's come with 69 cc combustion chaimbers.
What is the intake port volume?
Will LS1 headers bolt up to these heads?
Will anything in the LS1's valve train have to be changed to work with these heads?
Are there any piston to valve clearance with the LS1's pistons on a .608 lift cam?
Will LS1 valve covers work on the L92 heads?

The L76 intake comes with L92 39# injectors.
Is there a stock CABLE actuated throttle body that will work with this intake and if so what size is it and what does it come on?
What MAF are people using with this intake?

Thanks

Hummer

Everything I have heard about L92 is 70cc chambers.
260cc runners.
Headers have the same bolt pattern.
L92 intake rockers are offset.

Thanks for the reply, I pulled out an issue of GMHTP from a few months back and reread their write up about the SLP L76/L92 combo. You really cant beat their deal, they offer the heads with comp 918 beehive springs, and they are decked to change the combustion chaimber volume to 64cc (stock LS1). If your correct on the runner size man thats huge for a SBC. SLP offers their package for around 2400.00 with all the gaskets, seals, and the injector harness adapters, I know what my next purchase will be.

July 07, has a yellow CE T/A with no hood on the cover. Page 40, the article is titled "Sick Flow For Less Dough", very good and informative read.

They wont fit a LS1 or LS6 in stock form or not at all I think. The bore is not the same on the LS2. And you need a gasket fro a 4.065-inch bore. The bore needs to be at least 4.00-inch I think. And watch out for the exhaust port, headers might not fit too...

Thats what I read from GMHigh Tech mag, thats all I know and never heard anyone unsing them on a LS1, because it must be less expensive to get a LS2 stock bottom than having to bore the LS1 to 4.00-inch.

dont forget that you need a L76 intake, and with this, a 90mm TB and it must be cable-wired to fit your F-body(400$ a piece)

It's a cheap and very fast setup, but its for the LS2 guys or similar engine bore...It makes me sick too

4.00"+ bore (6.0L+) or larger. wont fit anything smaller due to the intake valve size.

don't get your combo from SLP unless you want to spend more money for no other reasone

Professional products makes a Cabled LS2 TB thats 91MM, or 96MM I think they go for around 200 bucks

I have never seen a Professional Products cable operated throttle body that will bolt to the 4 bolt style L76 intake. Do you have a part number? I will buy it today if it exists.
