Default Ls7 427 Build 600hp Na - Et Head

On paper the 39# LS7 injector wont do the work at 58psi of fuel pressure with 80% duty.

Looking at availability of EV6 and EV1 injectors, I have a couple of questions
If I go with the EV1 style (longer2.5") is this going to interfer with wiper motor or any other issue if the stock LS7 rails are raised? C5 Corvette

When using the EV1 on an LS7 intake the intake bore diameter is difference, so this is simply an O-ring change. Any problems seen with this with anyone?

What I have found is looking for 45#@4bar minimum the following are the option I see.

This Bosch Injector 0280155968 makes 42.9#/hr at 3 bar(43.5psi)
58psi = 4 bar so this injector will make 48#/hr at that pressure.
45#/hr is what is needed to make 600HP at 80% duty.
This would be a good fit.

The cheapest route would be to keep my 36# Bosch Injectors I have, buy a Kinsler Fuel Pressure Regualtor. Run the Pressure to 70psi. This will support 45.5#/hr or 600HP. Anyone running this kind of pressure?

0280158117 This is a 52# Bosch injector. This would give me room to grow. at 60#/hr at 58psi. This would typically sacrifice some idle quality

#30507-1 50 lb/hr http://www.fuelairspark.com/WhatsNew...stechsheet.pdf

This 50lb injector from Fast would be my first Choice for my settup.

You guys running over 600HP what injectors our you running LS7 intakes?

The UScar connector is what the LS7 has, its also called EV6. No biggy just another 80 bucks to buy the adapters from my LS1 harness to this newer connector.

I'm running a Bosch 44.5# with my LS7, Fast fuel rails, LS7 intake and a parallel system, Weldon regulator at 58psi from a Aeromotive A1000 pump in tank. 635fwhp. The set-up was on the direction and advice of the guys at Kinsler.

ET heads has LS7 fuel rails that use EV1 injectors, ORB -8 style ends like FAST rails.

nice setup, we sell em for $199 shipped.

Then just need swap the injector O rings on the manifold side.

I am aware of the ET Rails. Nice piece BTW.
The LS7 Rails have enough volume flow, my main concern is what some of the boys are doing with injector sizing on the LS7 intakes when above 600HP.
I hate being the first at everthing

You won't be the first. I have SVO 42lber's on my LS7 setup. LS7 intake, and LS7 fuel rail, with Katech spacer kit, and replacement o-rings. Flow rate on my system is actually between 48-52lbhr based on MAP and fuelpressure of 58psi, and on my dyno run, it was at 73% duty cycle. That should be somewhere in the neighborhood of 600HP, not sure if you're refering to FLYwheel or REARwheel though.
