how much power do you think is in porting a intake after buying all the best parts to build a high dollar race motor..if you make 5 your lucky !!! that's my point ...if the best $3000 sheetmetal maker's in the bissness are only making 20/30 hp on $20.000 / 8000 rpm motor ...your not makin 20 hp out of portin ..so don't think GM left all that hp on the table..plastic has edges clean them up... it all help's ..but holly !!! don't kill the mesager !!!!

I've dyno tested a few hyped up ported ls7 intakes & they seem to show about 7hp gains from what I've seen. I can track down some of my engine dyno sheets for you guys if you'd like....

dude, nobody is making fun of you so don't take this the wrong way... You're grammar needs a lot of work. If you put an effort into what you write we'll all be able to understand it. If you're not going to put forth that effort, it's about useless to post because we don't understand what you are trying to say.

If that all you picked up from your ported intake, somebody need to do more homework on porting.I've never had one pick up less than 8 rwhp.

But, as you already well know, knowing the runner length without knowing the taper angle isn't entirely useful.

if the sheetmetals arent living up to the hype, you think an ITB would be better for these N/A race motors? if youre only seeing those small gains i would think its not the manifold but the TB reaching its limits.

A 90 mm T-body is good for well over 800rwhp, the Ls7 intake is about maxed out a little over 600 rwhp NA.

Hi. So for an LS7 engine with twin turbos and nitrous, what intake manifold would you suggest?

Im sure with turbos the intake would be fine.If you need nitrous along with turbos to make the power you want, you might want to rethink your turbo size(unless your just spraying the intercooler).

not to bust in but how many built motors did you dyno first then port then dyno agin ...do you have any real proof of 8 rwhp ..side note !!! do not wish to have tuner war or discredit but i have done testing and there is 5 hp if that !!!
