Default LSX 454 question

I've already used the search tool, so lets get that out of the way before someone makes a stupid comment. There is nothing "useful" talking about this.

Are there issues with turning the block into a 454 and running with and without nitrous for a street/strip car? The max bore on the block is 4.250" from what I've read and to make the 454 the builders are boring it to 4.200 and stroking it to 4.100".

I plan on running all 6 head bolts per cylinder, around 11.1 or 11.5:1 CR and running Cometic gaskets. Is there an issue with blowing head gaskets? I've read some un-founded conversations meaning there is alot of speculation of what might happen but no one has actually had it happen yet.

Is there anyone out there that can give me some factual information on this or any insight on what not to do?

Thanks,
Jeff

FWIW my 454 is 4.185 bore and 4.125 stroke, so you have some options. As far as the jug, spray all you got.
