C6 Corvettes require firewall modification to clear the FAST intake. The place you bought your intake from should have told you that.

There is a solution for every prolem! Unfortunately, yours requires that you buy a few more parts:

C6 Corvette Map Sensor Relocation Kit
PN: 54029
MSRP: $124.68

LSX C6 Corvette Firewall Clearance Kit
PN: 54030
MSRP: $83.93

LSX to LS2 Fuel Rail Adapter Kit
PN: 54026
MSRP: $99.33

Here is a good writeup with detailed pictures of the firewall modifications you'll need to perform.

Man, how much is done to this car already?
Does it have heads and cam already?
The reason I ask is, if not, the minimal gains from this intake may have you really banging your head after it is installed....there are some nice numbers being put up by ported LS2 intakes, and they fit....

I don't know if the fuel rails are different on a Vette than a GTO. I bought injector o-rings for a 93 Mustang GT and put them on my stock injectors and fabbed a few small pieces to mount the rails to the intake. No big deal at all. Glad us GTO guys don't need to cut the firewall.

Default FAST intake and LS2 injectors

To run the LS2 injectors on a FAST intake you will need to change the bottom O-rings on the injectors. If I recall correctly you need to change to a set of the stock top o-rings on the bottom (get another set of stock top O-rings for the bottom) or you can use LS1/LS2 etc. standard size O-rings on the bottom. I will check on this in the morning (when I get back to the shop) to confirm that I am telling you the correct information.

The LS2 intake has a larger injector opening in the intake base for the O-ring so the LS2 injectors with the factory O-rings will be too tight a fit into the FAST intake.

If you are using non-stock injectors, then you may be able to use the existing O-rings on the injectors depending on the type of injector.

The FAST intake was designed before the LS2 and the C6 Corvette came out so it was designed to replace the LS1/LS6 intakes so it fits under the hood of a C5 Corvette and it has the injector bore machined for the LS1/LS6 style injectors (and the more common injector/O-ring OD found on those injectors).

BTW - a stainless fastener kit is also available for the FAST intake.

Other guys cut the back of the fast and move the MAP sensor and leave the firewall alone.
