Looks nice. Any trimming involved with that elbow? Doesn't appear to be from the pic.

The rails are not welded on, the rail mounts are welded to the intake and the rails bolted to them.

Nice set up, I'm thinking about doing something similar. About how much did all of that run? Rails, intake & elbow?

I had to trim the plastic back to the sheet metal on the cowl. Then I rolled the sheet metal up about a 1/4 in. But it looks great.

Im not too sure, im ready to come up on orders to leave alaska, and i have a horriblr feeling that thats where im going to get sent. I was down there from 04-05 and don't remember seeing very many f-bodys. But there were lots and lots of mustangs. Is the racing scene getting any better down there?

We are still out numbered ,But there are several F bodys running around. There are several mustang club meetings I stop at on a regular and talk **** to them. But most of them know there place when it comes to F-bodys and wont run for money. I am in the army as well I am a helicopter mechanic.

That setup looks great. Excellent welding too.

Those rails look like custom drilled blanks to me. I'ms using the same rails for my sheetmetal L92.

What is the difference between ls1 and ls2 rails?
