move over zo6, the original "king of the hill" zr1, ls9 corvette is taking on ferrari and saleen to become the ultimate supercar.

There are plenty of threads about it already. Even threads about the first ZR1 sold on Barrett Jackson Auction for $1,000,000.

lmao gm built a fast car, but ferrari has a lot more pedigree and money and technology to throw at the ZR1 so they better watch pciking fights with companies like ferrari and lamborghini

Yah but how many people can buy Ferraris. At 100K alot more people could get into one of those. I want them to pic a fight. Maybe Ferrari or Lambo will make a 100K car to compete!

No way. Ferrari and Lambo keep themselves exclusive. I mean, it might be a wise marketing decision, but that would lower their social class. Just like you don't see any new $15000 BMWs to compete with hyundais. BMW has an image to uphold. the 3-series is low enough on the totem pole.
