Default 90mm GM cable driven throttle body?

Is there any known way to change a DBW 90mm GM throttle body into a cable driven one? I hate to pay the extra loot for an aftermarket TB when it should be so easy!

Not aware of any....and the GM 90 is not a super performer. Porting helps, but by that time you have spent almost as much as a good aftermarket one.

$10 on sanding rolls? Wow I want an aftermarket one that's barely over $10 + the $50-100 for a used TB. Where can I find them?

You did not say you would do it yourself.....I was assuming buying a stock TB (have never seen a LS2 90 for $50-$100 used) and then paying the going rate of $150 for porting. If you can do them for that price & they are properly done I'll buy all you can make.

Seriously? My dog could port a throttle body. There's nothing difficult to it.
I'm looking for my first DBW throttle body to try to modify right now. Get your wallet ready. LOL! J/k. I'd love to have one of yours, but the price is just crazy when I can get the PTM 92mm TB AND the 92mm intake for $1100 from TSP for the combo.

So if you pull the actuator off, you can't just put a longer arm in it and tack weld a cam to it for your cable?

We see the LS6 intake w/a ported stock TB outperform the LS2 w/a stock TB.....mostly due to the air leakage between the runners on the LS2. The vibration weld is not a good seal. Wait for the FAST....it is still the best performer out there.

How are you going to account for the idle air and the tps?

That's why I'm asking. I'm thinking surely we can either put the stock ones in somehow with some modification, or just connect those already in the throttle body to the current car's wiring.

there isnt an IAC valve in the gm 90mm TBs, the computer just cracks the throttle on its own.
