Default 243 heads w/yellow springs - max lift?

Just like the title says, how much lift can you push on 243 heads with the stock yellow springs? I've got a .598 cam that I want to run with them and I'm trying to figure out if I need to get new springs.

Thx,

Looks like after a bit MORE searching, its .550 max lift on the yellow springs. Totally doesn't make sense to get a stock set of 243's for $600ish plus $200 for springs when you can get a CNC'd set that flow ~75 more CFM @ .600 lift for another $500...

Answered my own question outloud... thanks folks.

If you look around, you can find 243s a lot cheaper than $600ish....

I bought some with 2000 miles on them for $250...
