Can't get specific because last credible dyno was before several refinements but it was 542/550 rw. I would guess it would be 560/570 now.
We do quite a few forged LS7 (non stroked) street motors that come in at that 550-560 with = torque. The extra cubes are worth ~1hp/ci rough guess. We aim for 11.25 cr and use fairly mild cams with ported LS3 heads.

Cartek certainly knows their stuff. Engines, tunes, dynos and days differ so direct comparisons are speculative at best.

At the Dyno I mentioned in previous post they told straight faced I made 783 rwHP and I just laughed, wishing it were true.

Most of our cams including mine, are about like yours. Lately we have been running the same splits with high 220s/low 300s and ~610 lift with very similar results. In general the bigger # street cams don't do any better or worse, so you are in the sweet range. The heads and cams are trying to max out the intakes, with good success.

402 Stroker, 10.8:1 Comp.
Stock L92 Heads, Milled .025"
Stock L76 Intake, Holley 90mm TB
1 3/4 Primary Pace Setter LT's
Comp. Custom Cam: 243/247, .621(XFI)/.612(X-ER), 114+3

No Dyno Results as of yet, pulls really hard to about 6500 then starts to run out of steam. I'm going to Dyno it when the T56 goes in so I can have some accurate results.

783 would be awesome!! haha
for a 427 at 11.25 cr making that power as a street motor is impressive.
Good stuff!

We just finished an LS3 vette for a customer. Ported LS3 heads and a custom cam with a 230 intake duration made 505/445 on our mustang dyno. This is through a stock intake which cuts the flow of the heads by 30 cfm so we're eagerly awaiting the release of the fast intake.

I ended up at 530/480 with the 403 by the time I was done. This was with an L76 intake. Numbers for the 427 below.

Why is there such a big difference between the two runs??

WIZE that is an interesting graph with your tq #'s. Really nice tq.. Hope I am not entering territory I shoudn't because I run cathedral TFS 220 heads but your bottom tq is amazing and starts really low which disputes the notion L92's are a dog down low with big ports but it does not carry like one would expect. Here is my graph to compare. Peak Hp is close and you kill me in off throttle tq but above 4.5k my little cathedrals seem to have an edge (even though I am trying to figure out why I peak at only 6K)...

Maybe not a lotta horsespower.....But a lotta torque in the extra stroke..

Converter flash. Auto's aren't dyno queens but a more comparative chart will be with a locked converter.

In a "daily driver", huh?
Sounds like loads of fun...
Cam specs seem a little mild for that amount of hp, but i'm guessing they are OPTIMAL for L92/LS3 heads. Is that a custom grind or a shelf cam? Who had spec'd it for you, if you don't mind me asking?
Keep us posted...

Keep us posted...

the heads perform good on a bench, but i think they will work great in my set up
both cams were custom spec'd
the first was one i had in my 404 LS2 with tsp L92 heads on it
never dynoed the car with that cam, had a bad experience on the dyno near me...
The second was spec'd out by the guy that did my heads.. He thinks it will perform very good with the cam on a 111+2, using a different lob profile on this cam
Can't wait to finish this motor and take if for a drive....
