in a cam spec ex 232/236 605/610lift 112+2 what is the plus two?

is it advancing the cam if so what is the benifet?

Its two degree of timing ground into the cam. As for the benifit I will let someone else go into that explanation

Yes, its degrees of advance ground into the cam. Most off the street cams will have a couple degrees ground in. You'll lose a little peak power, but you'll pickup power under the curve.

Check out the "Cam Guide" in the Gen III section. Offers a ton of helpful information.
