how would a 427 with a cam at .50 232/242-115+2 driving/idle/make peak power ?

i would try the Ragin Racin blower cam for your 427. www.raginracin.com they specailize in 427 with a blower cam and 5-6# of boost they have cars in the 9's and they drive like stock.

Ok mostly like going to stay with what i picked . But is there a ruff rule of adding like 2 more degrees on intake will add 100 more rpms ? OR might just add like 2 more degrees to the intake and call it a day .

I don't profess to be Mr. cam expert but here is my .02. I would think that if you changed the 115+2 to 115-2 you might gain some RPM. This would also reduce overlap which would tame the idle slightly.

Thank you guys for your help Im going to stay with this cam 232 242 dur. @ .050\" .629\" .620\" lift on a 115 LSA in @ 112 ICL. Im just getting old or lazy and willing to give up a little power for nice idle and driving habits
