Bigger Injectors /w Better FP
Double Roller Timing Chain

Now I just need heads.. I want the MOST HP/TQ I can get out of this motor since I am spending so much money, I want to do it right the first time... This car is not a DD, but more of a Weekend Warrior.. It does get drove daily, but I have other vehicles...

I did TFS 225's. in theory the 225's should help keep the tq up versus the 235's. but people have made good #'s on both. Don't be afraid the bump the compression up either, I'm also on 91 onctane.

Whew nice numbers.. Can you share with me a little bit more about your motor and what cam? How streetable?

TF 225's sound like a good head... Do they flow better than the AFR 225?

I'm not gonna get into TFS vs AFR because it's a never ending argument. But both are great performing heads based on who owns which
My setup is an LME 408 with TFS 225's running 11.9:1 comp ratio. Cam is a custom grind 246/250 .610 lift with a 115* LSA and a locally ported FAST 90 on top. I'm still running some old 1 3/4's headers but we plan on playing with that this winter. There's nothing really wild about the setup it's just really well matched combo.

Don't forget the new PRC 237cc cylinder heads. They're the best bang for the buck & flow 340+cfm while still being stock rocker arm friendly.

I voted TFS, I feel either the 225 or 235 would be just fine. The 235 would allow for bigger ci in the future. I too would look at compression, head gasket thickness and such.

fresh build with fast 92/92, tfs 235, harland sharpe rockers, 11.5.1 comp., h beam rods diamond pistons , ls7 lifters, double roller tc, 4340 crank, comp cams custom grind will have specs in a few days, A4 with 3300 stall, 3.73 gears, still lean up top have the walbro pump but we are trying to get the racetronics kit on it after christmas. also has a bad 02 sensor.

So make sure and list your drive line as well

any of the 225cc or bigger aftermarket heads will get the job done, the key is to get the entire combo to work well together,i'll tell you a big secret-shelf cams only work in one engine great, everything else they work ok in,get a custom grind for your combo.
