Default Help me build my new engine

Ok guys / gals (there are some on here). I am getting ready to pull the trigger on an engine. But I have several questions about the build. Some things I do know that I want to use and others I just don't know what a good combo will work for my application. Also, I would like to know who you would reccomend to build this engine.
OK here goes:
This motor will be going into a 4 seater off road pre runner buggy, so I will require some low to mid range torque, will weigh about 3000lbs. I don't mind spending the extra money for better parts as long as they are of good quality. I don't want to build a time bomb, with cheap parts. It also will be normally aspirated so here is my list:

LSX 454 iron block
Crank- Callies or Lunati?
58T
ARP studs and fasteners for whole engine 12pt.
Heads- AFR cnc'd
Valves-Ti / Stainless
Jesel or T&D rockers
Rods-Callies?
Bearings- coated-which brand
Pistons- Diamond / JE / Weisco?
Cam- Brand? size?
Dual timing chain?
intake manifold- Marcella
Throttle body? size / brand
Pushrods?
Lifters- Jesel / Isky EZ roll?
I would also like to have the wrist pins Casidiam coated, valve springs coated, pistons coated and have the block bushed for lifters
Also needs to be dry sumped.

Hopefully, I covered most of what I will need. Now it's up to you guys on what combo works best.

Thanks in advance for your time and efforts for helping me build a nice enigne.

i would go with a 427 for a whole bunch of reasons, would also use an ls7 style head for that cubic inch, etp or all pro.I see you got a Marcella manifold listed-John is a hell of a nice guy, building 2 intakes for me right now.I would be more than happy to give you a quote on the entire build, let me know

I like tall deck blocks, give a little more torque.

I don't need to spin this thing very hard, so a tall deck would be great for my application.

What do all of you think about this build? Any input would be appreciated.

For pistons, I'd check out Weisco, they have a new design that should help improve sealing in long stroke engines.

Who makes Weisco's rings? I'm sure that they are a good product, but it's the rings that make the seal not the piston. I'm just looking for help on this combination. I will check out Weisco's web site and see what they have to offer for my build.
I'm surprised that not too many people on here have offered many suggestions. Also, I have heard that some engine builders on here are good, but others are not so good. Can someone let me know who they trust and why? I really would appreciate that.
