Valvestem seals replaced and the car actually runs better. I will be yanking the intake mani to clean it out and clean the intake ports. The O-ring/oil pump was also replaced(oil pump took some damage from the TC break on the flange that the pick up tube mates to and "may" have caused a sealing issue) and now oil pressure is good to go. Will provide another update after getting some more miles on her.

It appears I ovaled the old valvestem seals when I removed them. That is why all of them leaked, or at least that is what I am going with right now LOL.

Last update. I haven't pulled the IM off yet to check for oil, but I did take the car and redyno it and it made 480whp/442wtq. The stock balancer cost me 3whp from the ASP piece lol. My tq however, posted its best ever preformance by 7 lb/ft. I would attribute this mostly to the fact that there was a slight compression bump from cleaning up the heads 5 thou and the fact that the car didn't knock one bit during the pull...which was kinda surprising. Hopefully closing the book on this issue.
