Default look what i found.. is this a bad sign?

look what i found in my breather and oil filler kneck

is this a bad sign or is it because the all the heat that the stroker is producing and its just releasing to where the breather filter is...
I took off the filler cam and could not see no sluge or nothing and i also took off the throttle body to see if there was any oil or sludge and nothing.

terrible pic, but it appears to be just moisture/condensation burning out of the motor, and some oil spray mixed in.
happens in a breather setup.

Had this problem develop on my first 427 after a few months, turned out gaskets were leaking coolant into the oil....bad-news-bears.

I would be VERY concerned if I were you. Drain your oil as well and inspect for bearing material, if you find a fine metallic gold dust, say hello to a rebuild. Also, cut open your oil filter and look for metal in there as well.

That happens on alot of motors just from moisture in the air (cars parked out side over night, low dep point etc)

If you are concerned, drain the oil, if its clean then its just water in the air.

It will have more build up if the engine is run for short periods of time (<10 minutes) on a regular basis.

motor doesnt get hot enough to burn it off.
like mentioned, change the oil and have the piece of mind.
either that or do a coolant pressure check.

^ and that is EXACTLY why the "belonged to a little old lady who only drove it to church on Sunday" cars should be avoided. They tend to be full of sludge and this crap since they never get warmed up enough to burn off the moisture in the crankcase. As long as it's only in the filler and dipstick tubes, you're probably fine. The valvetrain looks clean, double check your antifreeze level and if you're not losing any, chances are it's nothing but condensation sludge.

pressure test your cooling system.
also, you might try a catch can. not sure if it will help, but it's worth a try.
i hear good things about the mike norris catch cans.

Do you drive short distances?

Go for a 30 minute drive, then pull over and take a look, it should be gone.

yes let the engine burn off the moisture from inside then hold the filler neck further out from the camera and take more pics
