Default Ordered SI6 Cam got sent way Bigger, How will this act?

Long story short. I ordered the SI6 Cam for my old Camaro When I was in Iraq. Sold the Camaro and Now have a GTO with Blown 403. The Blower is coming off. I was getting a Custom Grind From Pat G until I found out my Friend Opened the box to find a Big Custom Grind.
About the Cam, I think its a 243/247 .654 .657 111.5 +1?(First Time attempting to read a cam card)

i'd say thats pretty healthy. will valves clear your -2cc pistons with that much lift??

Im not sure. How do you figure out PTV Clearance? Does it have to do with the Chamber size of my Heads? Right now they are 72cc until I pick a cam and then I will go from there.

Your cam is 293*/297* advertised duration, 243*/247* @.050" duration, 113+1.5 (113 LSA with a 111.5 intake centerline), and .654"/.657" lift w/1.7 rockers.
