Cam for LS7, what you running?
First off, is .650 still the max lift on the ls7s w/o flycutting? I noticed TSP ls7s is .650 lift while ls7r is over .650.
Any input is appreciated.

Both QM and RR have milder cams... the Street Bully QM550 and Stalker from RR. RR also has the Striker, a 243/257 .660" 110+4 cam, but it needs gears to be streetable, but has made about 570.
Lingenfelter also uses LSK lobes in their GT21 cam which is like a 243/259 and has .700" lift.
Most of the really fast Z06s are running something in the 230 duration range from RR, QM, Vette Drs... etc. I would stick with that.
Also, lift has nothing to do with flycutting. It's duration and ICL for determing where the piston is in relation to the valve at TDC. Plus the LS7 has reliefs already. I suggest milling the heads down .040" and running a Cometic .040". You'll gain at least 30rwhp and that works with the QM600 and LethalZ (though the Lethal ends up with a pretty high DCR with that - stick with milling .020 or so with it).

STALKER, LETHAL, PUNISHER, STRIKER. Take your pick. I don't think you will find a company that is as devoted to LS7 camshaft testing as we are. Our LETHAL Cam is our most popular camshaft. It is a 232/250 .650+ 113 camshaft. It usually dynoes 540-555. Our Striker cam 243/257 110 is very violent and powerful camshaft. Give me a call and I can help find which is right for you.
I'm betting there's over 10 cam only LS7 cars running the LS7R camshaft making 550rwhp!!! Jason

As I said, this cam, a 120 shot, and the right clutch.....about 2,000 mi on it back then, and I had C5 headers on it (no C6Z headers out yet). My cam grind but Ragin' tweaked a couple things as we were learning on the dyno. I have run 4 cams in my Z and would use my orig. grind (striker) if I were not going solid roller. Not the best idle, but mean as **** and talk about get the job done. It will take some time for the drivability tune, but I got a file that lets it cruise @ 1400 rpm in 6th w/ no bucking. When the LSXR manifold is released and used w/ this cam and "cleaned up" heads, I will put that combo up against ANY tuners combo. Not just peak #s, but power under the curve is there for sure.
The 239/255 looks interesting.
