What would i need to do to run a ls7 Dry sump in ls2 block ?

ls7 Crank and what else ?

ls7 ft cover,oilpump,oilpump drive(if not still on the ls7 crank) and oilpan.And unless you are using real lite rods,balancing may be an issue.

Why is it hard to balance not so light rods?

I was going to go aftermarket crank which i guess i can order with what ever rods weight i want

If you are using a aftermarket crank with longer snout,then you are good to go.I assumed you had a factory ls7 crank that was balanced for Ti rods.
