ARP Rod Bolts on LQ9

K guys here's my new situation.... I want to buy some ARP rod Bolts for my 2005 6.0 LQ9 Motor/ L92 Heads but some ppl are telling me that I can't just torque em down that I have to Line Bore em. How true is that....?

I installed the ARP rod bolts a couple of years ago on my LQ9 with no problems. Did one bolt at a time and followed the procedure for proper rod bolt strecth by doing a three time torque/untorque instructions with ARP rod bolts.

Yeah ARP says machining is required. Its because it uses a higher torque value. Katech rod bolts dont require machining on the other hand and are a direct swap

i have done several sets of arp's in 5.3-6.0L engines with no problems running them to 7000 rpm at times,, all these engines are still running with no issues,, just remove them 1 at a time and torque 3 times like the instructions say
