Question 5.3l (325ci) to 7.4l(454ci)

Let me put it this way:
1-What is the maximum volume can be reached with LH8 5.3l Aluminum block (re-sleeving)?
2-Is the LH8 block and LS2 block similar in structural strength?

Thanking you feedbacks

Default Lh8

As for largest displacement, I'm sure one of the sleeve pro's could do a MID sleeve setup. A dry sleeve would probably not benefit much as the LH8's bore is smaller than the LS2. With the LS2 being Siamesed between the cyl's, they can utilize the full bore potential of that block.

As for strength between LH8 and LS2, should be close if not the same.

My target is to have N/A 600+hp for my H3 Alpha for the extra big sand dunes.

I would contact ERL or R.E.D. for a definitive answer for your question,

I will be contacting them for sour, but the off-roading season will be starting in couple of weeks from now, so I can't start with such project till the end of the season, for the time been I'll fine with some add-ons such as air intake, cam, custom Exhaust system, etc ,etc..
Oh yes and a good healthy dose of NOS.
