You're choosing TSP's largest cam (I think) but if you look at the graph's for each one (3 cams) they are so close in power.

I do like the TSP one but I would get it on a 112.

There are 230/234 LS3 cams (Spin's) on CF breaking 500rwhp so you don't need to over do it with LS3's.

Car doesnt run right and makes no power. I have checked everything under the sun and nothing makes any changes. This is my last thing i can think of. Car made 350rwhp. It made more than that with this trans and convertor with my old cam only ls1!

Get a custom ground cam. Call Ed Curtis at FTI he has some 92 headed cars making good power. The key with these heads is to keep the low rpm torque, that is what makes the 92's special. My cam is in the 240's and 620's

I don't think the cam is your problem. Are you having valve float? Maybe a bad spring?

I do have one graph. I'll try and put it up for you guys. And the torque is low also. I don't know what else really to try and fix the problem. Almost feels as the motor is pushing air back into the intake manifold at 5000 rpm's and up. Tuner said my kpa was 90-94??

what happened to the g5x3 in your profile? Different car? I agree with the above posts that your problem does not seem to be the cam itself, but if you want to change cams then that is your decision.

I worked on a local car that had a g6x3 from LGM on a set of L92 heads and made really good power. From what Louis said at LGM the g6x3 had increased intake lift and duration (versus the g5x3) to take advantage of the LS3/L92 port design

My son's TBSS has similar problems, after he changed the heads and cam it barely runs what it did stock. I think maybe the springs are too strong and might be collapsing the stock lifters above .500 lift. We'll know pretty soon as i bought a set of LS-2 Morel lifters and he has installed them. It should be back together by next week, weather permitting.

You just call comp cams directly and have it custom ground and give them these exact specs. Iam going to put in my Ls2 as well. Good luck and keep us updated.

230 intake duration on an XFI lobe .612 lift
234 exhaust duration on an XER lobe .598 lift
114 lobe separation angle
2 degrees advance ground in

Comp cams: call and ask to have a custom cam ground (400 bucks) and give them those specs.

I agree to go custom but be sure to get it rolled for Quality just to be sure by a builder
