Default installing stroker short block on g8: LS2 402 or LS3 416?

G8 is ls2 short block with ls3/l98 intake and heads. It has displacement on demand that I am going to delete all in one shot.

What has anyone seen on the upsides on connections/ hardware when changing to an LS3 stroker bottom end

Damn, good rule of thumb. I'm trying to decide on a 402 or a 416. So all were talking about is around 14hp and tq?
