Maybe he meant the block was stock and forgot the intake wasn't

lying to people about the use of used items is a class move. Your mom should be proud she raised such a fine dirt bag

Shitty though it may be, is it wrong that I'm impressed by the fact that it handled a 250 shot 50+ times?

NastyC6 is still a bitch though...

He logged in an hour ago and still did not respond. People like this should at least be banned from the classifieds. His lack of response is and instant guilty verdict.

I'm guessing very few people know the details of said transaction, but from the sounds of things, a few explanations couldn't do any harm.....

Question,

I sold my LS2 and kept the LQ4, are the internals in the LQ4 the same or as good as the LS2? I know the pistons are different due to them being dished, but what about the crank and rods, but more so the crank; can I apply the info learned here about the LS2 to the LQ4's internals?

Thanks!

Ad was listed as bone stock ls2 with 40k miles in the classifieds here. I don't recall asking specifically about nitrous.

We have been talking via pm's and he claims this is not the motor that was sprayed. Whether or not it is true, it would be hard to prove either way. The motor seems to run fine and he was good to deal with so I will have to give him the benefit of the doubt here.

Wow, could have been avoided. Never buy from someone that registers just to post a for sale item.

He joined a little over a year ago and has 144 posts. Obviously he has read this thread after he put his foot in his mouth and has yet to respond. I am a believer in giving the benefit of doubt but this sure smells to me like he lied or as I am sure he would put it left out information that was "never asked". Either way scumbag move for sure as I am sure he is currently still trying to remove his foot from between his tonsils.

You heard right, folks. He swapped out a perfectly good bone stock LS2 for another bone stock LS2.

Of course he did...

I honestly think he should be banned from selling on this forum until there is some sort of resolution to this.

Mods?

FWIW TurboGarrett's bottom end let go...

I guess the answer to the original post is < a 250 shot of nitrous.

What actually let go? Spun bearing? Broken rod? Crank?
