LY6 Oil pump & O-ring?

I have a LY6 engine to put in a F-body(6.0L iron gen IV) and I want to know if I can reuse the stock oil pump? Its VVT equiped but don't have the DOD so I'm pretty sure I can reuse it.

Also the LY6 oil pump o-ring have a little bit bigger inner diameter than my LS1 o-ring so want I put it on the LS1 pick up tube, It mount more tightly in the oil pump. I install the LY6 one because I think more tight seems better...

What do you think? Thanks

I want to use the stock pump because its a budget build, I'll buy a new one want I'll build my 408.
