Default Yet another L92 question

Ok I have done alot of searching over the past few weeks and I have a couple questions.

First things first-
My car is an 80s Mustang notch that weights 2800 with me in it. It has a TH350 tranny with a roughly 4000-4200 stall and a 8.8 with 4.10 or 4.30 gears. This is an all out race car that will see some street time. (Usually just driving a few miles to the nearest hangout to line up some races)
I have a 2003 stock bore LQ4 with arp rod bolts and I am going to run a set of stock slightly milled l92s with a Victor Jr. intake and a carb.

Now my questions-
What size carb should I use? I currently have a 750 dp but I am thinking I might need an 850.

I am not going to ask what cam I should use because I am probably going to have a custom one made (I currently have a comp cam xer287 -238/240 605 609 lift 112 lsa but I have a feeling thats not going to work very well unless someone chimes in and says it will)

Who has experience with specing out a custom cam for carbed L92 motors?

What gears should I go with? I am going with a 28 inch tire. I know one guy on here with a similar combo is trapping 138 with 4.10s so I'm thinking 4.30s might be alittle much.

And what do you guys think about these cams for a carbed motor?
Texas Speed LS3 229/236 Camshaft
TSP LS3 229/236 .624"/.615"

Texas Speed LS3 231/236 Camshaft
TSP LS3 231/236 .641"/.615"
I was thinking maybe the second one with a 111 lsa

OH AND I WOULD LIKE TO AVOID FLYCUTTING THE PISTONS

Thanks for all the help...
