pi x radius (half of bore) squared x stroke

so...

2 x 2 x pi x 4 = 50.26548ci (assuming std 4" bore and 4" stroke)

Do the same calculation as above except in metric.
Radius of piston = 2" = 5.08cm
Stroke of piston = 4" = 10.16cm

pi x 5.08 x 5.08 x 10.16 = 823.7 cubic centimeters (cc)
Theres 1000 cc in a litre
Answer = 0.8237 litres per cylinder.
