Default Troubleshoot a miss

I have LS2 with FAST harness in 67 Corvette convertible. I have a miss in number 2 and 6. Chevrolet tech ran codes and indicated the ECM was bad.

After waiting 6 weeks on backorder from Chevrolet, I installed the new ECM and same problem Pull plug wires and they are getting no fire.

Switched coil packs and they are all good. At this point, is it fair to assume that harness is bad or can other diagnostics/fixes be performed?

Check your connector to the coil harness. I have had the problem before where the wires worked out of the connector just enough to cause a miss.

Thanks for the suggestion. I reconnected the main plug to coil packs on passenger side along with all coil packs for each cylinder and plug wires.

Still the same problem.
